Casey's 10

My little girl was 10 years old last week. Every year Grandad designs a card for his Grandchildren, he always incorporates their name with their age so we were wondering how he was going to incorporate Casey and 10, but he did it.

Quite simple really but very clever.

A couple of joke cards

I liked the little character of ME I used for my profile so I decided to put similar little characters on a couple of joke cards. I know the words are a little naughty but i think the little characters compensate for that 'cos they are cute!

YIPPEE ! I WON !

WOW! I can't believe it. I entered the Tigerprint design a "Valentines Day Type Competition" and I WON! It's the first time I've entered and I can't believe it I WON! Sorry, am I repeating myself, I'm just really HAPPY! Tigerprint are a design studio based in Bradford that design exclusively for Marks and Spencer, so hopefully my design will be available next year. Did I tell you I WON! Check it out here tigerprint

Kids Playing

It's my little girls birthday on Monday and she's 10, all she wants for her birthday is a laptop. Whatever happened to little girls playing skipping and hopscotch. Father Christmas didn't bring her one 'cos he thought she was to young, but nearly all her class even her best friend got one. What do I do?

New Style

I've been playing around with a new style. After learning how to use photoshop about 12 months ago I have rarely pickup up a paint brush, so I thought it was about time I did. So I painted this and then just cleaned it up in Photoshop. What do you think?

Spring Fair

I went to the Spring Fair in Birmingham on Sunday. I always enjoy going there and looking at all the greeting cards, it always fills me with inspiration and I can't wait to get home and start drawing, 'cos now I'm full of new ideas. Above are some designs which were on show at the Spring fair, i did them for a company called Wishing Well Studios based near me in Wigan, i did 10 designs for them all together all different ages. I think they turned out well!
